We are so excited!!

We are so excited that Lia has finally made her college decision and is going to Mississippi State. She had visited so many times as a little girl when Alyssa and I were both there and really liked it but wasn't sure it was the right choice for her. She has been debating all year about whether she was going to stay in Texas or come back here. She visited the Texas schools and knew there was something State had that they didn't. Then she went to Super Bulldog Weekend and stayed with some precious girls who were so sweet to her, and she had a great time! I think she finally could really see herself there. So her mind is now made up. She can't wait to come and we can't wait to have her. She went to orientation this past week and has already scheduled her classes and got and i.d. and p.o. box and everything! Yay! As excited as we are to have Lia at State, the school that we love so much, we're so much more excited that she'll be close to us. This will be the closest I've lived to Lia since she was 8 years old!! We can't wait to be able to spend lots of time with her.

Lee got a little sick this past week and had to stay home from school. As a result of a sinus infection, he had vertigo. By the time we realized he was too sick to go anywhere, I didn't have time to take Parker to Christy's and get back to school. So I loaded Lee up with bottles and diapers and wipes and left Parker to take care of his Daddy. They sat in the bed like this all morning! Lee said they would go to sleep and he would wake up to Parker just looking around the room. He was so sweet all day.

Parker went on another date with Ally this past week. This girl knows what she wants...and is not scared to go after it! Parker wasn't sure what was going on!!

Aunt LuLu gave Parker his first lemon at Bonsai. It was hilarious. He kinda liked it and every now and then would make a really funny face.

Parker loves to play with Jackson...

and I am so sad. I really thought having a baby was going to be my ticket to getting rid of this dog. Lee loves his dog so much and won't even consider the fact, but he just annoys me. Looks like he'll be around for a while!

This looks ridiculous, and I keep making fun of Lee about it, but I promise they didn't pose. It's so funny!!
